Observation Strata is a 6.5% IPA brewed with oats and hopped exclusively with Strata. This is a collaboration with Third Moon Brewing, Hops Connect Canada and Yeast Canada Innovations using their finest Strata and our Saturated NEIPA yeast designed to drive tropical, fruity esters. We taste the whole strawberry patch in this glorious single-hop display along with notes of passion fruit and grapefruit!
