BevProst Fest Beer

Introducing BevProst Fest Beer, a collaboration between Bevpro, Lake of Bays Brewing, Hops Connect Canada and Yeast Canada Innovations.

This brew is a celebration of innovation and craftsmanship, a perfectly balanced, flavour-forward beer brewed with cutting-edge hop and yeast products. BevProst used High Voltage and Nutrient for an exceptionally clean and quick fermentation, adding ALDC to prevent diacetyl formation and expedite taste harmonization. On the hop side, Motueka Amplifire™ Oil from New Zealand gives BevProst a vibrant burst of lime, tropical fruit, and citrus zest, while Flex®, a 100% natural, pure bittering hop product, gives the beer a smooth, resinous backbone.
