Presenting Cosmic Island Double Dry Hopped IPA!
This brew is a collaboration between Hops Connect Canada, Rorschach Brewing Co. and Yeast Canada Innovations. Brewed with Saturated fruity NEIPA yeast, oats and wheat, and hopped with Galaxy and Nelson Sauvin. Notes of ripe peach, tropical fruit, white wine grape and zesty citrus, with some grapefruit and pine. Juicy body with an abundant hop aroma and a nuanced bitterness.
