Yeast Strain: Saturated Dehydrated
An epic collaboration between Hops Connect Canada, Whistle Buoy Brewing and Yeast Canada Innovations, we present Galaxy Hazy Pale. We loaded up the mash with plenty of oats and wheat to create a soft fluffy mouthfeel and added Galaxy to the whirlpool to push the sniffability. Fermented with Yeast Canada’s Saturated Yeast to enhance the haze followed by more Galaxy into the dry hop for a dazzling peach, passionfruit, and citrus experience in your mouth.
We will be sampling this beer to brewers at our upcoming 2025 Road Show in Vancouver, Edmonton, Toronto, Montreal and Halifax from Monday, May 5th – Friday, May 9th. We hope to see you there!
