Yeast Strain: Pineapple Passion Dehydrated
Presenting Galaxy Juicy IPA! This crisp, crushable, and juicy IPA is a collaboration between Hops Connect Canada, Whistle Buoy Brewing and Yeast Canada Innovations. Galaxy Juicy IPA is fermented with Yeast Canada’s Pineapple Passion yeast. We added Flex flowable hops in the kettle for a smooth bitterness and then a heavy dose of Galaxy into the whirlpool along with Galaxy hop pellets and Galaxy Spectrum for a balanced blast of tropical stone fruit.
We will be sampling this beer to brewers at our upcoming 2025 Road Show in Vancouver, Edmonton, Toronto, Montreal and Halifax from Monday, May 5th – Friday, May 9th. We hope to see you there!
