Mango Madness

Yeast Canada is thrilled to announce Mango Madness, brewed in collaboration with Trailway Brewing Co. Mango Madness (the beer) is fermented with Yeast Canada’s Mango Madness, an innovative and cutting-edge strain selected for styles that demand a more expressive yeast strain and high levels of biotransformation. The thermotolerant yeast performs exceptionally well in the 30C temperature range and exhibits fruity esters of Mango and Guava and a high haze stability.

The result is a sweet and malty beer with strong herbal hop notes, beautifully balanced with sweet flavours of mango and pineapple juice produced by the yeast. The herbal notes fade quickly and leave soft fruit and light malt long into the finish. Mango Madness is hazy and delicious. Cheers!
