Yeast Strain: Pineapple Passion Dehydrated
It’s our pleasure to introduce Pineapple Passion – Double New England IPA. Pineapple Passion is a collaboration between Yeast Canada Innovations and our friends at Nano Cinco and Hops Connect Canada.
Pineapple Passion is aggressively hopped with American hops Citra LupoMAX and Bru-1, and Australia’s Vic Secret. This hop blend offers an aromatic profile dominated by pineapple, mango and fresh citrus. Our Pineapple Passion yeast enhances the tropical notes with a distinctive touch of pineapple and passionfruit, giving the beer a hazy appearance and creamy texture.
